The issue of morality exists in all ages, however most researches on it generally focused on moral connotation. Based on "human-oriented, virtue-oriented, people does and for people" , the thoughts of Eastern Management represented by Professor Su Dong-shui of Fudan University, this dissertation does a comprehensive illustration of the connotation and theoretical basis of "Morality-oriented" thought as well as its application in managing staff and managing companies.The thesis consists four major parts. Part one expounds the connotation of "Morality-oriented" thought; Part two addresses its theoretical basis; Part three is about "Morality-oriented" and managing economy, including the relationship between "Morality-oriented" and industrial organization policy, industrial structure policy, industrial development policy, industrial technology policy as well as industrial crisis management; Part four illustrates how to use the "Morality-oriented" thought to manage companies, including the application of "Morality-oriented" in entrepreneurial spirit, corporate social responsibility, corporate philanthropy, corporate culture, corporate succession and corporate crisis management.At present, we have to face the sudden waves of economic globalization in 21st century and the conflicts and integration between eastern culture and western culture. How to use the Chinese Managerial thoughts with humanities fascination in order to promote industrial competitive strength has become an important subject which should be studied carefully and seriously.
