Information technology has become a necessary condition to obtain a competitive advantage in the modern organization, but the organization's information technology and even fail completely unsuccessful proportion remains high, many organizations falling profits, even bankruptcy. Therefore, the impact of the factors of success or failure of information technology is a hot issue of academia and the business community. International academia and the business community from the two perspectives of individuals and organizations to individual satisfaction as evaluation criteria, and done a lot of research on the various stages in the process of organizing information. Through the whole process of the organization's information technology research model of four factors, that the technology to accept the use of the unified theory (UTAUT), is expected to confirm the theory (ECT), Contingency Theory (CT), and the diffusion of innovation theory (DOI ), and these models effectively identify the factors that affect the organization of information technology, as well as the role of these factors on individual satisfaction. But existing research model there are the following questions: First, the research organization of information technology can be operational guidance, can not guide the information technology practice; existing models, mainly concentrated in the adoption phase, the preparation phase of the information system and the continued use of the stage inadequate explanation, while most organizations is precisely the stage in the continued use of the urgent need for the in-depth study of the continuous phase. Third, existing research separates the whole process of information technology, focused on a particular aspect of the information technology, the lack of information from the organization's overall process of self-satisfaction research. Address these deficiencies, the study by the existing model analysis, improvement, re-design, specific studies are as follows: (1) from the point of view of the individual, the individual's role in organizational information technology including individual acceptance and cognitive. Technology to accept the use of a unified theory is the study of the individual to accept one of the main models of the situation, the model summary of existing research model and perfect analysis of the factors that affect individual satisfaction in the process of accepting from multiple angles. The lack of a standardized definition of reusable structural variables of the model, however, technology availability, only by means of a questionnaire to measure these variables, making the research results the reusability is affected. In addition, the theoretical basis of the model of diffusion of innovation theory, innovation diffusion theory is not to study the process of individual acceptance of information systems, but the process of acceptance of information systems for research organizations, which makes technology to accept the use of a unified theory theoretical value is being questioned. This article by using the unified theory of structure variables of technology acceptance standardized definition excluded the theoretical foundation NA, rebuild individual accept the influencing factors of satisfaction in the process of information systems model. Verify through empirical studies of the model validation results were analyzed and discussed, pointing out that expected of the individual requirements of their own skills, the individual expected availability of information systems, individual control information system is expected to, as well as individual suffered social relations affect the individual to accept the satisfaction of the technical process. (2) individual in familiar IT process, increase awareness of technology will make formed around the individual cognitive technology for technology's expected drop might occur. Is expected to confirm that theory is the main tool to influence individual satisfaction at home and abroad study individual cognitive process, but the disadvantages are also expected to confirm the theoretical model with its widespread use has become increasingly obvious. The one hand is the individual stage in the continued use of the familiarity of the technology to deepen the expected technology are constantly adjusted, and is expected to confirm the theoretical model to the expectations of the individual technologies as a static object, does not comply with the actual situation, can not develop effective information technology to promote measures. On the other hand, the individual is expected to include technology of the technology is expected to help (technical work) and expectations of technology on personal development (technical assistance), and is expected to confirm the theoretical model of the two as a whole, makes the model appear logical contradiction. In this paper, by introducing a time parameter, reaction to the continuous adjustment of individual awareness. Numerous studies on the basis of the theory, combined with specific application background, made extensive research. Similar cognitive processes and organizations, many influencing factors, organizations in the continued use of the process to develop the trade-off measures, there is a problem in order to solve a problem of a factor, so that another influential factors, such as frequent overtime in order to shorten the construction period, employees have complained. The point of view of a complex system, through the analysis of the interaction between multi-loop analysis and influencing factors in favor of the process of analysis organization received information systems affect the relationship between the individual satisfaction factors. Empirical research on the relationship between the influencing factors, and pointed out that the the organization satisfaction by promoting the party in the process of receiving technical characteristics, staff characteristics, and characteristics, organizational characteristics does not directly affect the satisfaction. The research for this article, from the perspective of organizations and individuals, analysis of the impact factors of the various stages in the process of organizing information on individual satisfaction, improve existing theoretical research model, the process of information provided to the organization can reference recommendations and theoretical basis.
