Improve energy recovery in cement production process, to reduce the energy consumption of tons of cement, the cement industry at home and abroad is the need to address the core problem. The the grate cooler the clinker cooling efficiency of the cement mass and heat recycling has important significance level of cement clinker cooling control directly determines the efficiency of the heat recovery. Accurate cooling control model is the premise of improving the cooling control technology is the key to achieve energy saving and the development of green cement. Grate cooler heat exchange system, the subject for the study for clinker three-dimensional reconstruction, three-dimensional, the meshing and three-dimensional gas-solid heat transfer characteristics and other aspects of depth, three-dimensional network in the establishment of the state of clinker flow control model. The validity of the model is verified by experiment control. Concrete work including: research clinker in the cement clinker cooling process flow and air flow characteristics of three-dimensional reconstruction of clinker based binocular stereo vision technology. Sub-segment matching method based on dyadic wavelet transform, point-to-point matching from coarse to fine matching strategy. The simulation results show that this method has better accuracy and fast three-dimensional shape reconstruction after the clinker to meet the need for further meshing. Proposed based on the geometric characteristics and the physical characteristics of the three-dimensional mesh encryption rules clinker adaptive meshing algorithm is designed as an evaluation scale, to the rate of change of the clinker particles, the temperature, thickness, and the amount of cooling air through the encryption region on the object, pre-processing of the regional distribution, select the best node, clinker three-dimensional reconstruction of three-dimensional body automatic mesh generation, and the characteristics of regional local encryption. Study based adaptive meshing model based on gas-solid flow heat transfer theory and the principle of fluid dynamics, heat transfer characteristics of the clinker flow cooling state heat transfer analysis the clinker thickness of the fluctuations in particle diameter; according to the study of the forces acting on particles in the gas-solid flow, the establishment of the state of clinker flow particle collision dynamics model, and clinker particle trajectory simulation and experimental platform test compared to verify the validity of the model. Through the mechanism of control of clinker cooling process, the establishment of the clinker multi-stage cooling temperature model, and in-depth study of a model of the temperature drop in the convective heat transfer and radiative heat transfer of the the clinker grid unit, clinker cooling process feature parameters intrinsic link between the establishment of a the clinker cooling three-dimensional network control model, control of the cooling air flow and the clinker temperature, thickness. For the control model of experimental analysis and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the control model.
