Objective: To study the impact of acupuncture on 155 cases of cerebral palsy patients with muscle strength, limb motor function, activities of daily living ability, and to explore ways of clinical efficacy and immune mechanisms and IL-6, IL-10, TNF1-alpha The relationship between efficacy of acupuncture. Methods: 155 cases of children with cerebral palsy in children diagnosed proportion of 3:2 is divided into acupuncture group, two groups of Chinese Medicines, including acupuncture group of 93 cases, 62 cases of Chinese Medicines. Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment, muscle strength and motor function of limbs (limb motor function score), activities of daily living (Barthel Index score) were compared muscle strength to improve the situation, MAS score and the efficacy and Barthel index score and efficacy. Detection acupuncture and Chinese medicine before and after treatment of cerebral palsy (CP) child diseases serum interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-a level, so as to explore the mechanism of acupuncture treatment. Two groups in muscle strength comparison, after treatment, lower limb muscle acupuncture group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group is high, P = 0.000, 0.000, and the difference was significant. After treatment, MAS ratings acupuncture group than in the traditional Chinese medicine group, two groups, P = 0.000, significant difference; Chinese Medicines MAS ratings efficacy of acupuncture group than in the two groups after treatment, the two groups, P = 0.000, difference There are significant. After treatment, Barthel index score acupuncture group than in the traditional Chinese medicine group, two groups, P = 0.000, significant difference; Barthel index scores in the two groups after treatment efficacy of acupuncture group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group, two groups, P value = 0.000 The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy have a significant effect. Its not only significantly improve the children on lower extremity muscle strength (upper and lower extremities compared muscle strength improvement especially lower limbs), promotion of children with limb motor function, can greatly improve the children's activities of daily living. Acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy is safe, no significant adverse reactions. This study to guide clinical selection of the best acupuncture treatment, the program has an extremely important role in cerebral palsy, also laid a foundation to explore further the mechanism. The test results show that the the original children serum IL-6, IL-10 and TNF1-α levels higher cerebral palsy in children with high levels of inflammatory cytokines play a role in the occurrence of cerebral palsy process. Acupuncture, IL-6, IL-10, and TNF1-α three indicators showed a downward trend. Their own before and after the control, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05).
