Objective To compare different groups within the vein wall between leukocyte infiltration volume and plasma CRP, TNF-α IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 protein levels between the differences and to verify the observed indicators of the level of the corresponding femoral vein thrombosis correlation of quality, and to explore the changes and significance of the post-traumatic inflammatory cells and inflammation-related factors in the process of venous thrombosis. Method 1 ligation means of clamping femoral vein to establish the SD rat venous thromboembolism model, and based on the observation time and model animals femoral vein thrombosis test rats were divided into A, B group, C group, D groups, Group E, F, G group and H group of eight groups; taken experimental animal femoral vein segment, calculated according to the femoral vein (or venous thrombosis) weight and length the thrombus quality, and shares vein specimens made of paraffin section, HE staining, in the vein wall leukocyte infiltration was observed under an optical microscope; extract the blood of experimental animals, and centrifuged extracted from plasma was detected by ELISA double antibody sandwich specimens of various plasma CRP, TNF- α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-10 protein levels; 4, the resulting data using SPSS data analysis software to analyze the difference between the results of the comparison of model group indexes with the control group, Group A results, each group to detect the correlation between the results of the indicators and the femoral vein thrombosis quality; 5, group C, group E and group G specimens Statistics thrombosis group, Group D, F, and H group specimens Statistics for thrombosis form a group, whether statistically significant differences between the two groups were compared. 1, all observed time, each group were taken specimens of 10 cases of animal models foot required; groups thrombus quality compared with group A, in group C, group E and group G results in group A differences have significant, the difference between the results of Group D, Group F and H group's and A group does not have a significant meaning; 3, each group vein wall leukocyte infiltration with group A, group B, group C, D group The significant difference between group E and group F and Group G results in group A, and the differences in the quality difference between the groups with thrombosis no correlation; groups CRP protein levels compared with group A, B group The difference between, C group, Group D, E Group F Group G group and H group results with group A has significant differences with thrombus quality differences between groups was no correlation; 5 each of TNF-α protein levels compared with group A, the difference between the results of group C with group A only has significant differences with thrombus quality differences between groups was no correlation; 6, IL-1β protein level compared with group A, the difference between the B group, C group, E group, F, and G group results with group A has significant differences with thrombus quality differences between groups was no correlation; 7 IL-6 protein levels in each group compared with group A, the difference between the results of Group D with Group A only has significant differences with thrombus quality differences between groups was no correlation; 8, each group IL-10 protein levels compared with group A, the difference between the results with group A in group C, group E, G group and H group has a significant correlation between the differences in the quality difference between the groups with thrombosis; 9, all thrombosis group (group C, group E and group F) comprehensive and thrombosis group (D group F group and H group), there was significant difference between the the of both thrombus quality and the level of IL-1p protein Others include the number of leukocyte infiltration, CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 protein levels results compare p-value gt; 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion 1, by ligation of the femoral vein of the clamp means to effectively establish a rat model of venous thromboembolism; 2 Group C thrombosis, thrombus quality of group E and group F Thrombosis Group D, F group and The significant difference between the results of the Group H, the veins weight (or with intravascular thrombus) / length thrombus quality in line with the actual situation, practical and useful; 3, the vein wall leukocyte infiltration quantity and CRP, TNF -α, IL-1p, IL-6 and IL-10 and other inflammation-related factors in the process of thrombosis have different levels of change, and may be involved in the process of venous thrombosis; 4 groups observed indicators change with thrombus quality between lack of correlation, but comprehensive comparison thrombosis patients with and without thrombosis group thrombus quality and protein levels of IL-1p a statistically significant difference between the two groups, indicating that the all observed indicators of inflammatory mediators IL-1p and vein thrombosis is most closely related to the specific mechanism; 5, inflammatory cells and inflammation-related factors are involved in venous thrombosis of unknown the former may vein thrombosis, influencing factors, or just vein thrombosis consequences.
