Purpose: this topic through clinical research, to observe lie a loose muscle bolton formulation treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy curative effect and the influence of X-ray, discusses the mechanism.Method: will of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy patients, according to medical 60 cases were randomly divided into lie a loose order reinforced meal with traditional massage latifah treatment group with traction control group, each group of each method, observe the 30 cases before and after the treatment of cervical vertigo symptoms and function integral, X-ray, two groups to assess before and after the treatment effect.Result: after treatment, the treatment group compared with controls better curative effect. The treatment group significant efficiency was 80%, the total effective rate of 100%; The control group significant efficiency, the total effective rate of 50% 3-fold. By statistical processing, has statistical significance, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The method of Clinostatism of relaxing muscles and topspin lift to treat the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery is a safe, effective, without side effects of patients, easy to accept, performer operation simple, reasonable design scheme. This method can obviously improve patients’ symptoms, signs, improve the quality of life, and clinical promotion.
