The Study on the Content Structure of Moral Leadership of Enterprise Organizations and Its Relationship with Other Factors

In this paper, the research methods of literature analysis, interviews, questionnaires, positivism for the first time the content of the moral leadership of the enterprise organizational structure and related issues. This article consists of six parts: (1) the content of the moral leadership of the business organization structure; (2) the moral leadership of the business organization staff attitudes and behavior; (3) moral leadership of the business organization, and the effect of variable mediating effect between research; (4) Moderating Effects of the moral leadership of the business organization and effect between variables; (5) employees of different demographic and histological variables A Comparative Study of the cognitive differences of the moral leadership of the business organization; (6) corporate moral leadership formation the causes and significance of social and cultural analysis. Different cities in Guangdong, Shandong, Fujian investigation has more than 1,600 employees, the use of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, canonical correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical techniques and concluded as follows: 1 through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, construct contains the incorruptible, care for subordinates to grow, to comply with social norms and compassionate and sincere the content and structure of the business organization of the four dimensions of moral leadership model. Enterprise reliability and validity of the moral leadership of the contents of the questionnaire were reached psychometric requirements. Through regression analysis and typical related analysis found that corporate virtue leadership capable of significant forward to predict satisfaction with subordinates, and subordinate leaders loyal to their duties, subordinate leaving intention, engagement, altruistic behavior such as the effect of variables; and, virtuous leadership of each slightly different dimension above the effect of variable group influence. Using hierarchical regression analysis techniques, to found subordinate sense of fairness and recognition of the mediating variables between the moral leadership of the business organization with the effect of variable. 4 through hierarchical regression analysis found that the the leader leadership adjustment variables between corporate moral leadership and the effect of variables. Analyzed by t-test and ANOVA, found that employees of different demographic and histological variables in the different dimensions of the content and structure of corporate moral leadership on the presence of significant cognitive differences. 6.
