With the development of information industries, all fields invest huge amounts of Stocks to build their own information platform. According to the situation, the GuangDong Guangfa securities company’s leadership and technical workers, proposed the establishment of a strong, integrated network information platform, and relying on the platform, GuangDong Guangfa securities company will achieve the aim of professional and development and promote the development of financial industry by internal and external exchanges, integration of information resources and other measures. Based on the customers’ needs, and associated with the practice and experience over the years in the field of information technology, Beijing Huaqi Star Technology Development Co., Ltd. presents the technology project.The system which is designed to be aimed at the present conditions of open-end Stock management system for GuangDong Guangfa securities company is under the environment of intranet. The architecture of B/S based on Microsoft.NET Framework is applied; the ASP.NET language which is object-oriented and easy to be extended and the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database are chosen as the development tool. All the required functions of open-end Stock statistics system for GuangDong Guangfa securities company are implemented, including purchasing Stocks, redeeming Stocks, counting the number of customers or organization clients and Stock balances of each Stocks in each level bank, and also achieves the data about the special trade, the handling charge of selling Stocks and sum up one kind of Stock data in a appointed period.In this thesis, the system development background, the social demand and the implementation significance are introduced firstly, and then the design and implementation of the target system are introduced with emphasis. In the system design part, system-level design is proposed on the system implementation goal, the implementation thought. The function design and the database design of the system are given in detail. In the system implementation part, the implementation steps, methods and adopted techniques are introduced briefly. System testing of major function modules is given in the last part of this thesis, together with an introduction to the testing environment and approaches. Testing results are analyzed and evaluated, and future work on further improvement of the system is also presented.
