In this research we investigated that the distribution pattern of organic carbon and black carbon of soils in Wuyi Mountains, dynamics and distribution pattern of additional carbon contents and soil organic carbon under 15℃and 25℃the incubation condition, soils were collected from different soil types of Mt. Wuyi. The purpose was to provide scientific data for carbon cycle in the soil. The major results were summarized as follows:The results indicated that the content of organic carbon and black carbon were mainly present in 2000-250μm fraction. The regression analysis showed that there was a significant linear or lologarithmic relationship between soil organic carbon and black carbon both in corresponding fractions and whole soil.The organic carbon increase in whole soil was higher in soil with straw addition (RR) under 25℃incubation condition at 360 d (yellow soil land yellow meadow soil sample exception). It indicated that the temperature increase was helpful to the new carbon decomposition.The results also indicated that the content of new carbon was mainly present in 2000-250μm fraction. But the content of new carbon was controlled by native soil organic carbon content. The order of the proportion of new carbon in different soil fractions was 2000-250μm fraction,50-250μm fraction,<50μm fraction.
