The Research on Turnover Intention and Management Measures of CP

21st Century is full of opportunities and challenges. For enterprises, if they want to maintain a competitive advantage, the key factor is how to keep a competitive team. How to retain talent, reduce turnover rate, become a new challenge to the enterprises’management team.For special skill requirement of employees, so the training time is very long, and the cost is very high, so the research of CP company employee turnover is very significantly important. After survey, I use the SPSS17.0 software to analyses the questionnaire, just use factor correlation analysis, regression analysis.Through the survey, I get the following conclusions: high employee turnover intention of current cable manufacturing enterprises, the employee job satisfaction is low; the staff basic characteristics affected the employees’turnover intention rate, job satisfaction and turnover intention have significantly negative relations; the key factors which influence job satisfaction are work motivation and the sense of achievement, salaries and benefits, corporate culture, working conditions; in company CP job satisfaction has a strong prediction to turnover intention.According to the results, we give some suggestions for CP company management team: lightly facing employees’turnover, but need to pay high attention to employee turnover; hold an informal discussion or meeting with the employees, to know what they are thinking, and take actions; establish salary and benefits system; establish a good corporate culture.
