LST company pay system optimization design

In the period of the globalization and knowledge management, the human resource is the key in the whole company resource. The competition between the enterprises is the human competing. So how to absorb and keep the excellent employee is the most important problem for the Corporation.The main product in the LST company is the addition compound of the concrete. With the scale of the company enlarging, it need more excellent employee to maintain the development. This paper takes LST Corporation as the study case. Firstly, we elaborate the classical and the modern salary theory and the drive theory, analysis the target and the content of the salary system. It lays a foundation for designing salary system of LST Company. Secondly, by the investigation of staff salary degree of satisfaction, we analyze the problem of the present salary system. Thirdly, according to the principles of payment system designing and the management situation of the company, we design a new salary system from the salary structure, salary level and the salary model, such as the top manger. Finally, it compares the old salary system to the new salary system of LST Corporation, discussing the measures implementation of LST Company’s payment system.We hope it can take a photo to the other staff stations and other similar companies.
