This paper a diffusive predator-prey system with disease and HollingⅢfunctionalresponse is investigated. At first, we introduced the background of this paper the preface.The first chapter we obtain local stability of the unique positive constant Reaction diffu-sion equations . The second chapter we introduce a priori upper and lower bounds forthe positive solution of reaction diffusion equations. ChapterⅢ, we can obtain the globalstability of equilibrium point by constructing V function. Chapter IV, the non-existenceresults of non-trivial solution are derived. Chapter V, the existence results of positivesolution are derived.ChapterVI,conclusion.
