Study on Information Interaction Platform in the Equipment Level of Networked Manufacturing

The research on networked manufacturing is springing up in the world, and under the environment of networked manufacturing the efficiency and real time in the equipment level is one of the key characters guaranteeing the successful implement of networked manufacturing. At present, the information isolation and the automation isolation have been restricting the extending and application of modern management, information and advanced manufacturing technologies, to a certain extent. Focused on the field of information interaction in the equipment level of networked manufacturing, the theories and key technologies of the information interaction platform in the equipment level of networked manufacturing are studied in the paper.Firstly, information interaction technology, and the development and the research state of networked manufacturing equipments at home or aboard, are analyzed in the paper. The system structure of information interaction platform in the equipment level of networked manufacturing is presented. The capability components, enabling technologies and tools in the system structure, and the information flow, the information categories and measurement, the framework of information integration and its network system are described.After the existing problems in the information interaction mode in the equipment level in current networked manufacturing are analyzed, the information interaction mode in the equipment level in current networked manufacturing based on P2P and information interaction terminal, is presented, also its realizing process and construction process are raised.Then, based on the realization process of the platform stated above, the key technologies of the information interaction platform in the equipment level of networked manufacturing are studied in the paper. Such that, the structure of information interaction platform based on multiple agents system (MAS), and the working flow during the process of information interaction in the equipment level are established. The capability mapping on the MAS platform of the flexible manufacturing execution subsystes(MES) and the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(SCADA) subsystem are primarily studied, at the same time, the resource optimization and arrangement mode in the equipment level’s information interaction platform, based on the contract network, is presented. The machine description and expression method, the communication <WP=7>mechanism of information interaction in the equipment level, and the key technologies such as security and authority, are expatiated.Finally, based on the research result stated above, the networked equipment resource share mode, and its whole framework and operation pattern based on ASP(Application Service Provider), are studied. The components of software and hardware of the information interaction terminal are introduced, and the application instance on the information interaction platform of equipment level in networked manufacturing, the networked equipment resource sharing system based on ASP pattern, is developed.
