In this thesis, flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. The main results are as follows: the tobacco body nitrogen absorption peak nicotine the cumulative peak is not synchronized; nitrogen absorption peak before cumulative peak in nicotine and nicotine accumulation occurs after topping. Nicotine synthesis can take advantage of the nitrogen absorbed before topping nitrogen available after topping absorbed; nitrogen absorbed after topping on Nicotine synthesis is more important. Field test results show that the nitrogen rate and nicotine content in the upper leaves, middle leaves, lower leaves and whole plants in various growth stages have reached a highly significant correlation; nitrogen rate and nicotine concentrations in the lower leaves various growth stages have reached a very significant correlation, while the upper leaves and middle leaves before giving birth only reached a very significant correlation, no significant difference in fertility late. 8 nicotine synthesis along with the flue-cured tobacco nitrogen consumption in the body and root growth and development; nitrogen supply for nitrogen concentration and nitrogen supply on root growth, nitrogen absorption and promote the effect of nicotine accumulation in varying degrees.
