In view of the low automatic degree situation about our rockets parade, This paper based on the background of the actual Item and artillery launchers pitching devices and simulation studies, high-precision automatic aiming control system for Learning Object, achieved high precision atuo parade aiming control system using position feedback loop control programme. Designed the software and hardware of the artillery launchers system.Artillery launching system is a complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems integration. In this dissertation, the whole system, function and working process are first designed. studied of the hydraulic-driven mechanical devices erection process control problems, analysed of the hydraulic system control programs, the electro-hydraulic proportional control, PWM control and optimum PID control methods , and established HWIL simulation model.Then designed the control system of HWIL(hardware-in-loop simulation) automatic aiming pitching devices, another word, designed the software and hardware upper computer management system and lower computer management system (DSP). PCM-3370, level instrument, auxiliary simulation model are including in the upper computer management system. The lower computer management system is a control system as the core of TMS320LF2407A,it is also including encoder, the driver model of Proportional Valves, the driver model of high-speed switch valve and so on, designed the programme of control and circuit. In-addition, designed the theory of coupling analysis, optimum PID control methods.At last, according to the control system for automatic aiming of HWIL pitching mechanism, had a test of static parade aiming time, static parade aiming accuracy, precision of dynamic and the performance of high-speed switching valve, According to design index,tested accuracy and reliability of design index,this system is proved eligible by the test.
