Objective: to DHEA -induced polycystic ovary syndrome (polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS) rat study , explore the oocytes , GDF - 9 and TGF -beta in 1 in PCOS rat ovarian follicular cystic degeneration , interstitial fibrosis , thickening of the capsule , the dominant follicle formation mechanism of action of the disorders and hormone levels change . Method: 1. Use of DHEA (dehydroepi androsterone, DHEA) subcutaneous injection copy PCOS pathological model . And to validate the model using the following methods : microparticle enzyme immunoassay serum hormone levels , including serum estradiol ( E 2 < / sub > ) , testosterone ( T ) , luteinizing hormone ( LH ) and follicle-stimulating hormone ( FSH ) , LH / FSH , fasting insulin (FINS) value ; HE staining to observe pathological structure of PCOS rat ovary ; ultrastructural changes of transmission electron microscopy to observe the PCOS rat ovary . Transmission electron microscopy to observe the PCOS group ( n = 8 ) and control group ( n = 8 ) oocyte ultrastructural changes . Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the PCOS group ( n = 20 ) and control group ( n = 20 ) , rat ovary growth factor GDF - 9 , the TGF - 1 < / sub > of expression and image analysis . By semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( reverse transcription polymerase chain Reaction RT - PCR ) method detection PCOS group ( n = 8 ) and control group ( n = 8 ) growth factor GDF - 9 receptor BMPR - II ,
