In the last 10 years, the International Maritime Law Conference held in utmost good faith has been listed as 7 meeting to discuss the core. Our principle of utmost good faith in insurance law research is still in its initial stage and more scattered. The purpose of this article was written, designed by the study was to investigate the principle of utmost good faith insurance legislation improve our program. For the study of this subject, this article uses the historical method, comparative method, philosophy of law, law and economics and application of the method of combining law. This innovative research results and conclusions are summarized as follows: a proposed unifying principle of utmost good faith understanding and judgment criteria approach. Include the following: 1, the maximum principle of good faith is a principle of good faith and mutual connections and differences between both of a legal principle, based on the principles of good faith and fairness based content, combined with specific insurance laws and rules of the formation of a special principles of law. 2, the principle of utmost good faith as a fundamental principle of insurance law, has received worldwide recognition of the legislative and judicial, with its connotation and extension of the insurance industry and the corresponding social and economic environment continues to evolve and evolving. 3, the principle of utmost good faith applies not only to the insured and the insured, but also to insurers and other parties involved in insurance activities of civil subject, and applies to disputes related to insurance activities of the administration of justice. 4, the principle of utmost good faith applies not only to the behavior prior to entering into the insurance contract, also subsisting insurance laws applicable to the entire duration of the relationship, and to solve the insurance dispute legal norms.
