Background: With CT, MRI and other imaging technology continues to progress, liver cancer diagnosis rate continues to improve, CT and MRI can be detected in about 1 ~ 2cm small liver cancer, but for smaller lesions are powerless. AFP and other laboratory tests can help in early diagnosis of liver cancer, but can not accurately locate lesions. Therefore, an urgent clinical need for an early diagnosis can, accurate positioning of the lesion can be simple and easy diagnostic method. Ultrasonography is the most commonly used clinical and convenient diagnostic techniques, such as second harmonic, such as intermittent ultrasound imaging ultrasound technologies, as well as fluorocarbon further maturation of ultrasound contrast agents, targeted acoustic imaging techniques gradually from the experimental into clinical applications for clinical meet the above requirements provided new diagnostic method has very important clinical significance, ultrasound molecular imaging diagnostic technology may cause a new revolution. Purpose: Angiogenesis is tumor progression, invasion and metastasis critical, this study from the tumor angiogenesis important intercellular adhesion molecule integrin start using targeted contrast echocardiography technology to improve the detection rate of liver tumors, early clinical provide the basis for the treatment of tumors in order to improve the treatment of liver cancer and prognosis. While applying commercial production, ultrasound contrast agents for clinical randomized controlled studies, summarized in the clinical diagnosis, monitoring and evaluation of cancer treatment and other aspects of the role in the diagnosis at the same time, combined with real-time monitoring of treatment and after treatment, to improve treatment.
