Along with the social and economic development of China, establishing a legalized society increasingly quickens. How to solve the civil disputes occurring to our country in the new period becomes a new issue in the reform of judicial affairs. To build up a new lawsuit mode that can better embody the spiritual essence of civil lawsuit’s being self-made provokes a lot of thoughts in the academic field of justice. Since we have set up a relatively comprehensive civil lawsuit mediation system, some scholars propose that we should build up a civil reconciliation system that complies with our country’s reality depending on some of the civil lawsuit mediation system. As a typical way of settling civil lawsuit, civil reconciliation system is able to solve the problems between the two sides involved quickly and efficiently. This thesis aims to put forward a way about how to build up civil reconciliation system through the research into civil reconciliation system as well as the experience obtained from the western lawsuit system.This paper is divided into four parts besides the preface:Chapter Two deals with the general discussion of case compromise;The third Chapter constitutes the current situation and its reasons concerning China’s action compromise.First,the writer, through the discussion about the prescriptions on case arrangement in China,with respect of the rough picture as well as the details of the relevant system,shows noticeable concern to the weak points in legislation as well as in the judicial practices,and mainly deals with the conceiving of the establishment of lawsuit reconciliation system of our country;The last Part mainly is epilogue.
