This dissertation comes from the weapon comprehensive testing and evaluation system. The accuracy level of evaluation data could decide that the evaluation can work well or not, the importance of what even beyond the method of evaluation. This thesis mainly research on method of data acquisition and processing, the method of data acquisition means hardware constructure and digital filter here,and the method of data processing means time alignment, space alignment and solution of exterior ballistics.Firstly, time alignment has been researched on. In time alignment, facing to least square which only treat cycle time ratio is integer and interpolation which have terrible deviation, a method by combining least square algorithm and kalman filter estimate was invented. Then we receive good results.Secondly, space agliment has been researched on. Before researching on space alignment, coordinate system conversion methods between sensor and platform have been determined. Then deduction of two methods of space alignment: least square algorithm and kalman filter algorithm. In measure of target position, estimate photoelectric tracker system deviation according to system given data. Then using these deviations to another target and receive more accurate data.Thirdly, numerical method for exterior ballistics differential equations has been researched on. Stereo coordinate ballistics differential equations has been established. The model uses iteration-amendment numerical method, which allowing the step size to vary as the solution progress. And result received angle, bullets flying time and trajectory.Finaly, the basic hardware of the evaluation has been determined using RT-Lab. When data acquisition going, we use constrains least square algorithm to digital filter. time alignment and space alignment has been applicated into weapon evaluation system. Time alignment was applicated between measurement units of every sub-system(flat system, electro-optical tracking system,barrel attitude system), result received the evaluation report data at same time. Space alignment was applicated in electro-optical tracking system, whose meaturement data reference to objectives and backround generation system. And result received stability distance deviation and angle deviation.
