The glioblastoma evolution is the pathology process involving mulitiple factors, mulitiplestages and polygenes. At present the development mechanism of the glioblastoma has been known few,in particular the gene expression change during successional variation process.Therefore it is the basic way to cure this kind of stubborn illness thoroughly that discovery the pathogenesis gene of the glioblastoma and protection and regulationhe the glioblastoma.
