With China's rapid economic development , large-scale socialized production has brought us great material wealth , but also the harm of occupational diseases worrying . The harm of occupational diseases , either for individuals or society are very serious . As China 's population , uneven economic development , as well as laws and regulations are not sound reasons, infringement of the rights and interests of laborers is often the case , and workers' rights in the process is also very difficult . This paper described and analyzed the prevention and control of occupational diseases and occupational disease activist perspective of the protection of the rights and interests of laborers , and put forward some suggestions on the protection of the rights of workers and occupational diseases . In this paper consists of four parts . Chapter simple to elaborate on occupational diseases and the protection of workers' rights . Through the elaboration of the concept of occupational diseases and their harmful effects , indicating the importance of the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases and human rights defenders in the protection of workers' rights . The second chapter describes in occupational diseases at home and abroad on the conservation status of workers' rights . China is currently in the prevention of occupational diseases , occupational diseases security system and diseases of rights situation described in objective reality . In addition, the United States and Germany - based presentation on the achievements in the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases abroad . Chapter by the introduction of the previous analysis of the lack of occupational diseases in China for the protection of the rights and interests of laborers . Pointed out the inadequacies of the status quo : First , China's laws and regulations, rights of occupational diseases is not perfect . Secondly, the relevant government departments, supervision and management problems . Finally, the social security system of occupational diseases is imperfect .
