The Study on Entrepreneur’s Human Capital Sharing in Enterprise’s Earnings

The competition of market economy is essentially one of enterprises, which is to some extent the competition between entrepreneurs. In modern enterprises, an important issue in business reform is how to set up an effective stimulating mechanism so as to mobilize the entrepreneur’s enthusiasm. At present, the entrepreneurs in state-owned enterprises in China are unreasonably low-paid, with the result of dissimilation of their management behavior and the loss of talented people. Thus establishing a distribution system suitable for entrepreneurs in Chinese enterprises has become an urgent issue.By applying the theories and approaches of Economics, Management and Law, this dissertation focuses on the entrepreneur’s distribution problem from the point of view of human capital. It redefines the nature of enterprises, establishes the entrepreneur’s leading status, thus settling the jumping-off point of this research; constructing an analytical framework that the entrepreneur’s human capital participates in the income and distribution of enterprises and analyzing why the entrepreneur’s human capital should participate in the income and distribution of enterprises and how the entrepreneur’s human capital can participate in the income and distribution of enterprises both theoretically and practically.This dissertation reasoned theoretically the inevitability of the entrepreneur’s human capital participating in the income and distribution of enterprises, indicating that human capital distribution theory is the theoretical basis for the entrepreneur’s human capital participating in enterprise’s income and distribution. The privatization of human capital property right is the guarantee for entrepreneurs to hold relevant control and residual claim. The enhance of human capital bargaining power leaves entrepreneurs on the advantageous side to compete with owners of material capital and negotiate with them so as to participate in income distribution. In practice, based on the data from listed companies, a model is set up on the relationship between entrepreneur’s human capital and business performance. Through multianalysis, it can be shown that entrepreneur’s human capital plays a key role in the existence and development of enterprises. This dissertation demonstrates the rationality of entrepreneur’s human capital participating in distribution according to their contribution. This distribution is classified as compensating distribution, value added distribution, secondary distribution and contract distribution. The dissertation alsoanalyzes particular mode for entrepreneur’s human capital participating in enterprise’s income and distribution. The last part of the dissertation brings forward the basic thought for perfecting entrepreneur’s human capital participating in enterprise’s distribution of income in China.
