In the process of Russian Communist Party seizing the power and running the state, Lenin presented a set of views on such questions as whether the Party should take over the state power; for whom should the party do so; how to do it and how to achieve the best effect. These thoughts constitute Lenin’s Governancing Ideology of Communist Party.Based on the dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the thesis makes use of the historical documentations, the methodology of the unity of history and logic as well as the epagogic analysis, researching on Lenin’s Governancing Ideology of Communist Party. The thesis presents the forming of the ideology, the general thoughts included in the ideology and the references the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) can make on managing the state. Among those, the key point is Lenin’s ideology on Communist Party’s governance. It comprises the thought on the Party’s necessary transformation from the revolutionary to the state-administrative; the thought that the Party’s political power comes from the people’s rights of managing a state; the thought on coordinating the relations between the Party and other social classes; the thought on the Party striving for the recognition and support from the people; and the thought on the Party’s internal improving so as to consolidate its political ruling status. These thoughts are based on the initial summing up of the experience which the Russain Communist Party (Bolsheviks) gained from its governance, and they demonstrate the principles of a Comminist Party ruling a state. Lenin’s Governance Ideology of Communist Party are a milestone in the development of Marxism, which first created a theoretical framework in which a Communist Party administrates a state, and thus has a great significance to enhancing CCP’s governance capability.
