In the coupling system of train-railway-sleeper-road bed-subgrade, because of the railway inequality, the vehicle will bump in the vertiacal direction and it will cause the vertical vibration of railway, sleeper, road bed and subgrade. The vibration spreads through the mass layer will cause instortion and vibration of the nearby constructions, which will cause other serious infrasonic calamity. Actual research shows that: To the vibration of rail track caused by the vehicle, the vertical vibration of vehicle-track system plays the definitive role. The paper adopts vehicle-track unified model which is similar in physics field as the basic of simulation, and consider the railway inequality as the reason of vibration. Using the Hertz non-linear elasticity theory, the vibration function of the train and the railway frame are conbined as a unified coupling system. Using Visual Fortran language to write vertical vibration program of vehicle-rail track-sleeper-road bed-subgrade coupling system. According to inputing the controal parameter as the railway inequality sample, running speed of the vehicle and the calculation length.etc. The program can simulate the displacement, vibration speed and acceleration of rail track, sleeper and road bed. The simulation result shows that: as the internal rising of running speed, the inter action between wheels and railway also increases, the vibration speed and acceleration of railway and sleeper also increase. For comparing with the simulation result and locale experiment note of the vibration acceleration in Anda city is contrasted with the result of numerical simulation to validate the conclusion. The comparing result shows that: The simulation result and the local test result are in the same quantitatively, the simulation result is lesser than test result, but the time of sudden rising area of acceleration fits well with each other, The vehicle speed is in direct ratio with the acceleration of rail track and road bed, and the maxmal value of acceleration of them increases as the running speed of vehicle, which accord with actual research result. And the paper offers theory base for next research of vibration spreading in soil layor.
