Full-time Master's Degree in Education is a professional practice - oriented , emphasizing the practical application of postgraduate training at the same level , with an academic degree . Since 2009 , the Ministry of Education in order to graduate training to more closely meet the needs of socio-economic , and vigorously promote the development of the full-time Graduate Education , this is our country to make significant adjustments in the graduate education level . In the rapid development of today's knowledge-based economy , we need the full-time Master degree education , the need for good quality , allow students full-time Graduate Education . Selected eight colleges and universities , conducted a preliminary study of full-time Graduate Education satisfaction . This paper describes the stakeholder theory , customer satisfaction theory and the basic viewpoints of the theory of the service quality of higher education and the application of these three theories in student satisfaction research analysis . Then , drawing on previous studies as well as the American Customer Satisfaction Index model structure , to build a full-time Graduate Education Student Satisfaction Index model , the exponential model to select the students expected , students perceived quality , students perceived value , student satisfaction , The five -level indicators of student loyalty . On the basis of the exponential model , to ensure that the evaluation system of scientific rigor , using the Delphi method to build a full-time Graduate Education student satisfaction measurement index system , identified three indicators into a questionnaire specific questions , come to the questionnaire in this study . This survey were selected 8 all representative institutions of higher learning, the survey is enrolled in a full - time professional degree graduate . Data collected sample statistical analysis , Analysis of satisfaction , satisfaction, analysis of variance , and correlation analysis , draw main conclusions and proposed countermeasures and suggestions . Student satisfaction survey not only for full-time students of the Graduate Education provides feedback channels to help colleges and universities targeted improvements also contribute to better understanding of the full-time Graduate Education of this emerging form of education has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of the full-time Graduate Education .
