Construction of Teacher Network Learning Community Based on Personal Knowledge Management

With the rapid development of information technology and the height of the network popularization, network learning community is becoming an ideal learning environment for teachers constructing knowledge and promoting their professional development. Network Learning Community can enable teachers to study and to maximize the sharing and utilization of resources from time and space constraints, anytime, anywhere learning, and contribute to collaboration and the dissemination of knowledge among teachers. However, the network learning community provides professional development environment for teachers , there have also been some problems, such as resources slow updates, lack resources, lack of deeply communication between members of the Community, shared sense of weak,that affect the learning community advantages seriously. The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge and the ability to obtain knowledge will be the decisive factor in the future wealth. The related concepts of Personal knowledge management are migrated to the field of teacher education in a timely manner, to build Teacher Network Learning Community based on Personal Knowledge Management,will help solve the current problems in Teacher Network Learning Community.,This study attempts to build a Teacher Network Learning Community for teacher professional development based on the perspective of personal knowledge management. First, we survey the current situation of Network Learning Community in domestic and foreign, and analyze the related theories about Network Learning Community、personal knowledge management and so on, and discuss the guiding role of constructivism theory, distributed cognition , knowledge transformation model, group dynamics theory and other basic theory on constructing teachers network learning community . Then, combining with the current problems of the Network Learning Community’s platform, explore the construction strategies of Teacher Network Learning Community from the perspective of personal knowledge Management. Finally, this paper construct the platform of Teacher Network Learning Community based on Personal Knowledge Management based on analyzing the overall function of the system comprehensively, to expect individual teacher’s knowledge can be shared and mined best, giving full play to the advantage of teacher network learning community, and meet the needs of teachers’ professional development.
