A Cultural Investigation of the Operational Mechanism in XunHua Tibetan Area Focusing on the Guangxu Period

The state power forms in the patriarchal clan system society, but it is thought political coercive power, even violence in the XunHua Tibetan area.Though the dynamic analysis, we think that tribes have trended to appear tribal union, because of contesting resource; Tibetan Buddhism is a ruling religion in the Mongolian and Tibetan system, the cloister with the help of religion doctrine is superior to the tribe, the religion institution stays out of the tribal institution, the religion power stays out of the tribal institution, it causes the large coalition, and makes the competition of the tribe and the cloister appear new situation. After the state power interposes the Tibetan Buddhism, it doesn’t carry out positive governing and the reworking of the ideology. Only when tribes conflict and cloister conflict, it emerges the scene, finally people have identity criers to the sate. So we know that there is a special power operational mechanism; the religion power promotes to the charismatic authority; it becomes the basal force that the government has to depend on. Otherwise, the political power of local government is hard to exert the realgovernment effect, and produces disabled government——he value identificationbetween Confucian culture and local of XunHua Tibetan area will be transplacement.The culture identity causes the power trasplacement, it consists in XunHua Tibetan area, and also represents the basal feature of the whole Han and Tibetan combinational area culture. It is not only a point of penetration to grasp this kind society, and also a important commence of minutely surveying the diversity of the Chinese folk society.
