Research on Control Technologies for Iron Printing Chamber Product Line Automatic System

Iron printing chamber product line is a kind of complex light industrial mechanical equipment, and its technologies are too obsolete to satisfy the competition requirement of international market. The research object of this dissertation is iron printing chamber product line, in order to construct its automatic monitoring and control system, some interrelated control technologies have been researched, and relevant control system, arithmetic and software have been designed and developed, which carried out monitoring and control functions of iron printing chamber product lion.Firstly, the collectivity technology to construct iron printing chamber product line automatic monitoring and control system based on fieldbus has been researched, including fieldbus control system technology and monitoring and control software technology. The research on fieldbus control system technology includes four aspects: function characteristics, network model, bus protocol and intelligent instruments technology, and the research on monitoring and control software technology mainly includes the function model and industrial monitoring and control configuring software key technology research. Based on the research above, the monitoring and control network of iron printing chamber product line automatic system has been designed, and chief functions of monitoring and control system software have been designed.Secondly, in order to alter the obsolete synchronization motion control mode by mechanical axis driving, the synchronization motion control system of electric drive mode has been constructed. According to the requirement of the drive system, three hardware projects of synchronization control system have been designed, and the project made up of PLC, varying frequency adjustable speed controller and AC asynchronous motor has been adopted for its low device cost. Based on this hardware project, simulation models have been established, and the PID, fuzzy control, fuzzy-PID and sliding mode variable structure control arithmetic have been researched, the simulation result gives references to the arithmetic design of position synchronization control system. Then, an arithmetic that can satisfy all the actual restrictions based on motion resolving has been designed, and the arithmetic achieved position synchronization control of iron print chamber product line on the condition of synchronization belt and common V belt transmission, on the second condition an on-line getting belt’s elastic sliding coefficient part has been added to the arithmetic.Thirdly, in order to improve the precision and anti-jamming ability of the chamber’s temperature control system, the temperature control system and arithmetic have been designed. Based on characteristics analysis of the chamber’s temperature control system, considering large time delay characteristic in it, several control arithmetic used commonly in large time delay control object have been researched such as Smith pure lag compensating arithmetic, Dahlin arithmetic and apery intelligent control arithmetic based on rules, then an apery intelligent PI control arithmetic has been designed, which carries out satisfied control quality of chamber’s temperature.Lastly, the monitoring and control system network of iron printing chamber product line has been realized, and the monitoring and control system software has been developed, achieved concentrated monitoring and control of devices and process parameters in iron printing chamber product line. The fact of long time and stable running indicates that the functions and performance level of iron printing chamber product line monitoring and control system achieved the requirement of design, and the technology level of the equipment product and the competition ability have been improved.
