At present, China has launched a project to train Teachers’ Skill of Applied Educational Technology in Secondary and Elementary School. This paper focused on the Design of Educational Technology Training Project for teachers. By the analyzing the actual needs of teachers in K12, we would explore how to protect the effective implementation of the training project.By analysis the tasks of educational technology training projects, this paper used the patterns from design thinking and design research, and established design research framework for educational technology training projects. The framework which was treated as the basic structure of full text were consisted of analysis, design and assessment. After analying why the analysis is important, The paper analyzed the factors which might affect the project design, and the skill needs of teachers’ educational technology. And then has discussed forming and development of project design thinking of training. How to design the project for implementation and how to design the learning activity were the main content.For the design of training projects, the more important was to use the opinions about project in the process of designing the project. Therefore this paper focused on how to turn it in practice. The activities for learning in the framework were summarized as UCSA(Understanding, Creating, Sharing ,Assessing) model. Detailed discussion on how to design activities were arranged for four elements of the model. In the design process of activities, we persisted in teacher’s day-to-day work scene, emphasized to respect the teacher’s original experience and the cognitive rule, paid attention to the level of capacity-building.The article also assessed the project design, and the mass datas had proven the development and the validity of design thinking for training project. Also reflected the project design finally.In the course of the study, we draw our conclusions on how to design training project by taking part in a broad practice and using the logical analysis. It is important to go on constant practice for perfecting and developing these conclusions.
