T human resources are the primary resources, important elements of economic and social development, however, technological human resources in the region showing a trend of the non-uniform distribution of performance for the talent surplus and shortage of talent coexist. Talent sharing is an effective solve ways, can be adjusted through the sharing of the surplus and deficiency of talent, maximize the value of talent. The same time, in the context of regional integration, the gradual elimination of the policy and institutional barriers to impede the free flow of talent, talent sharing more possibility. \\Shared in the specific implementation of the talent, it is necessary to understand the impact of talent shared factors, including the impact of shared behavior factors, the the shared performance impact factors, that is clear what factors have contributed to the enterprises occurred sharing behavior, and what factors can improve the performance of shared, which governments and businesses within the region to develop decision-making has great theoretical value. Research scholars at home and abroad, assumptions, sharing behavior and sharing performance scale and questionnaire design, \analysis and processing, and obtained the results of data analysis, validation study assumptions.
