With modern information technology, the rapid development and popularity of the internet , to provide users with personalized information push services more and more emphasis on digital libraries . Digital Information Push Service to rely on the smooth and effective service quality evaluation mechanism for digital information push to control the quality of service is not only a matter of practice , but also theoretical research library community a new field , but China's current service evaluation of the quality can not meet the requirements of the development strategy . Establish an effective standardized service quality evaluation system can not only enhance the digital information map push service performance and improve the modern digital library community competitive and able to promote the digital information push service to a higher level , high-quality, high- efficient and sustainable service direction. Paper is divided into six parts to be analyzed and discussed . Chapter 1 is an introduction , this paper introduces the research background , significance and main innovations . Chapter 2 describes the push service on digital information as outlined in its digital library services Application Status and Issues Chapter 3 describes the user-oriented digital library to carry digital information push service quality evaluation of the necessity and significance of Chapter 4 describes the user-oriented digital library information Push Service Quality Evaluation System , including digital information push service quality evaluation index construction principle , the index system design analysis and index weights . Chapter 5 describes the user-oriented digital information to improve the quality of service supporting measures push . Chapter 6 user-oriented digital information push service quality evaluation index system limitations and problems need to be further studied .
