Research on Resources Optimization Allocation Model Based on Cooperative Game Theory in Manufacturing Grid

Fierce market competition and volatile market demand in modern economic society make thecompetition of modern manufacturing shift to the competition between enterprises alliances. Theemergence of manufacture grid provides the technical foundation for the formation of enterprisealliance, namely providing a scalable resource sharing and collaborative working environment forthe manufacturing industry, which makes the sharing and collaborative working of distributed,heterogeneous manufacturing resource possible. Thus, the optimal allocation of resource hasbecome the core of manufacturing grid, which also becomes the key to enhance the competitivenessof enterprise groups. In this paper, we consider the resource optimal allocation model of enterprisedynamic alliance in manufacturing grid environment. The main work is as follows:(1)Analyze manufacturing resource cooperation process in grid environment. After anintroduction about the basic concept, architecture, module function and resource sharing structure ofmanufacturing gird, we analysis the process of resource transfer as well as the necessity of theformation of dynamic alliance in such an environment.(2)Establish a cooperateive game model regarding contribution level of the alliance members.This model includes a differential equation of state regarding contribution level and an optimalcontrol model regarding the total profit of the alliance. In the differential equation of state, we takethe attenuation caused by equipment depreciation or some other factors into consideration as well asthe increment of contribution level caused by resource transactions, and the self-increment causedby money input. While, in the optimal control model we choose the proportion of resourceprovided by the supplies as the control variable. Strategic interaction will among alliance membersas they adjust the proportion of provided resources constantly and this will maximize the profit ofthe union.(3)Solve this optimal control model and analysis the impact of the model parameters. First weselect Pontryagin maximum principle which applied to the controlled system as the solving methodfor the model. After finding the Pareto strategic equilibrium solution of the resource optimalallocation model of dynamic alliance，this paper analysis the impact of various parameters toresource allocation as well as the reasons of different situations.(4)Simulation analyze for resources optimization allocation model of dynamic alliance inmanufacturing grid. Using an example to verify the feasibility of the model established in this paper and using software matlab to verify the accuracy of the model results and analysis. It providespractical guidance for the future cooperation of alliance members.
