Stocks are those free resources to meet uncertain needs in future. They are stored in warehouse to prevent a shortage of materials and operation interrupts. Appropriate stock is necessary for operation, because it is the buffer between supply and demand. However, stocks will also bring financial losses, such as the waste and increasing the resources management fees. Seriously, it will cause enterprise capital circulation poorly.While not commonly used spare parts generally existing in the enterprise spare parts, these spare parts are often more important, demand for less, higher value, demand uncertain, so inventory control is more complex to these spare parts.In this paper, the study is based on the background of the not commonly used auto maintenance spare parts’ stock optimization in BYD.This thesis is around not commonly used spare parts inventory control problem, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and with the Bayes theorem of small sample data to determine the spare parts demand function, and this method is used for the solution for instance, to verify the accuracy and feasibility;and by the time needed for inventory management as the starting point, it requires to establish a service level of constraint of spare parts stock model, and establish stock model for single species and varieties of single stage under joint purchase spare parts, that is, based on the service level constraints single variety spare part inventory control model(s,S) and based on enterprise inventory management practice, varieties of cases are related to each other between the many varieties joint purchase inventory model (s,C,S).At last, by calculation for the not commonly used spare parts warehouse management,it provides solid theoretical basis for company about not commonly used spare parts warehouse management.
