Nowadays, Electronic government is worldwide attention. Using electronic government affairs application to realize information unified, office automation, governmental affairs opening-up, scientific management, already is not only the government departments standard, more state companies choose this one-stop management mode to complete the Business functions and improve office efficiency。The Thesis is based on the design and development of the government affair information management system of AVIC (Aviation Industry Corporation of China). This system realizes e-government information submitted, release and management for the group. First, this paper analyses the project development strategy, and summarize the project development background, the overall structure and the work content. And then the system of the needs analysis and feasibility analysis, further analysis of the system, and introduce the system development environment. Then, it introduces the design process of the system, including the system structure design, functional design, database design and safety design. After, it introduces the development process and the realization methods of asp.net+SQL Sever. At last, it proposes the shortage in this system and expect for the future development research.The government affair information management system not only realizes to consolidate all kinds of information timely and accurately, management the data and information of the group efficiently, but also provide powerful information support and service for the leadership. System has been put into trial operation by the Group’s management and users of praise.
