This paper analyzes the telecom operators focus on energy conservation and the difficulties encountered , based on a large number of base station operation and maintenance of data analysis engine room and the engine room operation and maintenance of the track , elaborated air conditioning energy management systems for operators room to transform energy saving the importance and necessity ; through simulated and real environments in two different multi-point test practical application , and gradually adjust and improve the management system architecture and interface, eventually forming a direct -market application software , telecommunications on carrier air conditioners and unattended remote base station power consumption data in energy-saving equipment , indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity data acquisition, real-time remote monitoring and remote maintenance , greatly reducing the personnel base maintenance workload, improve operator efficiency base station energy saving data analysis for energy-saving equipment testing work provides strong support. Air conditioning energy management systems described herein mainly used to control energy-saving air-conditioning and split the original uncompressed refrigeration and air conditioning system linkage operation, so that the whole system not only meets the engine room, equipment room safe and stable operation of the equipment required temperature and humidity conditions require , but also through program control so that the whole system to achieve higher overall energy efficiency. The energy management system includes four parts: data acquisition , data transmission, operation monitoring , and system alarms.
