Manufacturing Execution Systems (Manufacturing Execution System, MES) is an important technical means of production workshop management information , can be achieved through the MES factory production process visualization , real-time management and fine . In this paper, a petrochemical enterprise unit production run workshop as application background , operation and management mode , and data flow analysis of the petrochemical industry , production planning model and the operation and management of systems analysis and design . The main contents are as follows: In this paper, based on the research of the petrochemical industry , combined the MES theory , and by MES functional modules and trends analysis , and a detailed description of the significance of China's petrochemical industry , the implementation of MES . Combined with the construction of a petrochemical company information , analyze the existing problems of production and operation management , proposed solutions , and the ultimate goal . On this basis , analyze and optimize the the MES operation and management models and business processes , and ultimately determine the petrochemical enterprise production operation and management of data flow . The operation and management system design principles , characteristics , constraints , policies put forward by the petrochemical industry , the analysis of the system , function, and describe the logical structure of the system and operating environment , operation management system developed by the petrochemical industry in MES petrochemical industry run management and modern technology closely. Key part in the operation and management of the petrochemical industry in the production planning module uses a linear programming approach to establish a mathematical model to optimize the decision-making full use of and consider the enterprise's own resources and market supply and demand , to develop a reasonable program to meet the market demand in a timely manner , with the traditional artificial the experience of the experimental results were compared with experimental results show that the use of mathematical programming methods to optimize the calculation , to be able to get better results . Currently , the system is a Chemical Group test run with a strong practical . The effective application of the system to promote the improved management of the petrochemical industry , the development of this system has laid the foundation for the launching of topics related follow-up work .
