The online billing system openness and versatility of real-time billing system proposed by the 3GPP TS32.296 common frame of reference, to support bearer, session and content of the event-based unified billing. This framework will phase separation equipment traffic control and billing functions and billing system with session / service control directly interact, so that the billing be able to participate fully in the process of using the service. In such a system, we can provide multi-network, a full business integration, billing, and can take advantage of real-time billing, real-time control feature reduces the loss of operators' revenues. Online charging is more widely used, but as the key technology of the support OCS development is still lagging behind, can not meet the current form of 3G multi-service, multi-complexity of data requirements, OCS key technology research and improvement a crucial role to play in the entire OCS system. In this paper, by analyzing the structural characteristics of the online billing system, function modules and key technology, give full consideration to the advantages and disadvantages of the OCS key technologies, presents a basic model based on system integration of customer-centric - unified customer information system (UCIS An improved scheme for query optimization technology) and memory database, the main work: (1) to analyze and summarize the the OCS application of background, definition, structural characteristics, function modules, key technologies and functional requirements, and then focuses on the OCS two key technologies, on the basis of a detailed analysis of the relevant theoretical knowledge of unified customer information management and memory database technology. (2) a customer information center based on system integration of unified customer information subsystem implementations. The system is based on the LDAP / SOAP the query algorithm by parsing the LDAP message into a SOAP query, improve system speed up the search; system by mapping to match the complexity of identity and key customer attributes to store complex positioning customer information to achieve different external the integration of application systems, the establishment of a unified view of customer information, integrate external applications customer information, integration of services and output unified data. Finally, experimental verification the UCIS correctness of the system and superiority. (3) an in-memory database query optimization improvements. Memory database query lack of optimization strategy is proposed based on the cache optimization TH tree index structure and give a specific algorithm, then the TH-tree index structure design a query optimization scheme based on the TH tree data structure, and finally experiments test to illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the query optimizer.
