Study on Synthesis and properties of quaternary ammonium salt oligomers soluble fluorophore containing water

In the industrial recirculating water treatment system, the traditional way of adding reagent leads to the waste or insufficient, and the formal analysis of monitoring method is time consuming, so it is difficult to realize on-line analysis. The fluorescence-lablelled technology can realize the control on-line.The coumarin fluorescent quaternary ammonium-salt,dimethyl-(4-(7-acetoxyl coumarin))-methyl-(2-acrylate)-ethyl-ammonium bromide(AOBAB) was synthesized by the N,N-dimethylaminoethyl acrylate(DMAEA) and 7-acetoxy-4-methyl which was prepared by 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin via esterfication, substitution reaction.The AOBOB was characterized by IR, NMR and thermal analysis, and was determined by Bruker-P4 diffractometer. The anti-corrosion property was discussed and the results showed that the AOBOB has good corrosion inhibitor performance.The oligomer AOBAB-AA was synthesized by the fluorescent quaternary ammonium salt AOBAB and acrylic monomers. The best reaction conditions were studied by the influence to production and fluorescence performance and the single factor experiment which included the reactant ratio, the reaction temperature, the drop-rate, the dosage of initiator chain transfer agent, and the reaction time.The results showed that:the best conditions were the reactant ratio 12:1, the temperature 80℃, the drop-rate 3 d/min, the dosage of initiator 0.10 g, the chain transfer agent 5-6 g, reaction time 2 h.The fluorescence performance study showed that:the fluorescence performance was increasing with the concentration in certain extent.The electrochemical and anti-corrosion performance test of the oligomer results showed that:the oligomer had good corrosion inhibitor performance in low concentration.
