With the development of concrete technology, mineral admixture is largely used,and itschanges in types and properties make a great influence on strength of concrete; Meanwhile, thedetection cycle of strength is too long, which is not conducive to the control of concrete quality.So, using accelerated curing is necessary to directly determine concrete strength; CuringMethod determines the final result of accelerated curing. Therefore, researching the growth law,the characteristics and mutual relations of strength under different curing method and makingcertain the rational curing are the premise of judging concrete strength quickly and accurately.According to the actual concrete production, experimental study were carried out in thispaper on the standard, boiled water and baked curing on effect of cement mortar and concretestrength for analyzing the growth law of concrete strength under different curing method andsumming up the best time of boiled or baked curing for judging28d strength of mortar andconcrete.The main conclusions are as follows:Boiled or baked curing strength can directly determine the cement mortar or concretestrength, the optimum curing time is: On the third day of standard curing, plain or FA mortarneed to bake for24h, SP or SP-FA mortar need to bake for48h; Plain concrete, FA or SPconcrete in10%or20%need to boil or bake for24h, FA or SP concrete in30%need to boil orbake for16h; Baked strength is higher than boiled; The effect of Boiled or baked to promotethe activity of fly ash Ⅱ, slag powder S75and cement is in descending order; An appropriateextension of the standard curing time can enhance strength; Boiled or baked curing does notinfluence strength increase from the pumping agent on;65℃is more conducive to strengthgrowth when standard curing is short; Judging cement and concrete strength by boiled or bakedcuring strength are safe and reliable. This study could provide theoretical and technical basisfor a concrete reliability of identification.
