So important that impact culture exterts on the values educationally serves as a perennial topic that object no elaborate explanation. The thesis targets the post-90 generation, a special teenager group, with the actual influences of popular culture on the values of post-90 generation in our country aiming at seeking the scientific methods of mutual promotion between the development of pop culture and education on the values. The post-90 generation is a sensitive group in our society, they are in the most critical stage of development values, The development of the post-90 generation affected by the values of the impact of pop culture. pop culture has become an integral part of the post-90 generations’life, and the concept of life, values and aesthetic appeal it underlines to post-90 generation, inevitably produce multiple effects on post-90 generation’s values education.Pop culture double-edgedly renders freedom, innovation and progress for teenagers and also brings the negative impacts to our attention. On one hand, the teenagers accomplish their own socialization against the overall backdrop of pop culture,the positive elements of which facilitate the wholesome development of teenagers’ values; on the other hand, the negative influences of pop culture make the likely reduce into losting and decadence. Remarkably pop culture has brought about unprecedented challenges to the ideological and political education on teenagers as well as rare opportunities for education.The research on the topic with vital importance in terms of theoretical value and actual. Reality will be conducive to the enrichment and improvement of educational theory literacy ideologically and morally as well as scientific and rational understanding of the influences on teenagers’ values imposed by pop culture and advancing the practical and feasible methods to cope with influences of pop culture in line with actual conditions as it goes along.through the research of "The effect of MaNuo" "The N Gate incidents in current society" "Internet spoofing" "Crazy fans",constructs some strategies of improving moral development of the post-90 generation. From my viewpoint, we have to launch the reasonable orientation and scientific guidance to gain the initiative by changing the in advantageous positon and alter the adverse conditions to the advantageous ones under the current circumstances which find its expresson in the uneven development of pop culture and free growth trend of positive and negative factors intermingling with each other, making pop culture the constructive forces to facilitate the formation of scientific values of teenages and the healthy growth of them to propel the social progess on the whole.
