DNA computing is a principle based on some biochemical reactions of a new calculation methods of molecular biology , which is based on DNA and related biological enzymes as the most basic materials . Adleman from the University of California professor pioneered this new field since , DNA computing methods and ideas are widely used to solve some optimization, network , graph theory, and other issues. Because DNA computing with high parallelism, while its mass has the ability to store information , the calculation is very suitable DNA solution of encryption and decryption of information security issues . The purpose of our study is to continue to explore the field of DNA computing in the information security of the application, the main content of DNA computing involves challenges to traditional cryptography and encryption DNA , DNA steganography , DNA anti-counterfeiting authentication technologies. Although DNA computing information security aspects of the application is still relatively limited, and part of the calculation method and model of DNA under the experimental conditions is also difficult to achieve , there are many restrictions, but this parallel computing method to solve the problem of information security provides a kinds of new ideas, certain developments in the field of information security will play a great role in promoting.
