Distributed energy system is the most efficient utilization of natural gas, and of greatsignificance to optimize the energy structure in China and to promote energy conservation. InOctober2011, four national ministries issued the guidance on development of the natural gasdistributed energy, promoted development of the natural gas distributed energy projects. Thebusiness plan is written for investing natural gas distributed energy system of GF GasInvestment Co., Ltd., which referred to as GF power station.GF power station will be applied the technology of Gas-Steam Cycle Combined CoolingHeating and Power (CCHP) which consist of absorption refrigeration cycle (thermally drivenrefrigeration) and heating circuit. CCHP is an effective mean to make good use of the high tolow temperature heat, and achieve efficient energy conversion on the basis of energy cascadeutilization. It improve the efficiency of energy utilization (reached96%or more in foreign),and greatly reduce of carbide and harmful gas emissions. GF power station is located in GPIndustrial Zone. Power from station will nearby to meet the electricity demand of theindustrial zone, to reduce the cost of transmission and distribution. At present, many hotenterprises in zone use high energy consumption, heavy pollution and heavy oil boilers withserious pollution, and the re-pollution equipment forcibly shut down. GF power station canprovide the heat energy to meet the heating demand of the district central, and that will help toclose small boilers, and promote energy conservation steps to further improve the utilizationefficiency of energy. In addition, steam heat load into cold water by the absorptionrefrigeration meet the district centralized cooling demand, and that reduces the use ofconventional power air-conditioning system, reduce the heat island effect, and alleviate thepeak pressure of air conditioning in summer. Compared with traditional systems, distributedenergy systems have the advantages with energy conversion efficiency, clean and safe, loadshifting, good economic returns. In industrial zone with concentrated in the energy load andsevere environmental pressure, it can get good economic and social benefits with natural gasdistributed energy power stations.The business plan will provide the analysis from the project summary, market analysis,technology programs, environmental protection, financial evaluation and risk assessmentaspects of GF power station, and as a scientific basis for decision making for investment.
