In view of low permeability-ultra-low permeability fractured reservoir geopolymer seal channeling and plugging technology is developed. Raw materials optimization and activation technology has been studied through fly ash as the representative of industrial waste, using mechanical activation theory as a technical support, especially focusing on the law of mechanical activation changing over time, through which the best time and the optimal particle size distribution of mechanical activation are determined; Geopolymer agent, suspending agent and crosslinking agent in formation sealing system has been the selected, and laboratory evaluation has been conducted from the aspects of suspension property, fluidity, temperature tolerance, initial setting time, thickening time, Etc. After activation, geopolymer can become gelation easily, generate aluminosilicate gel which can plug cracks, arouse flocculation with high polymer, and enhance the gel-filled system further, whose higher strength and resistance to erosion properties is proved through core tests. Waterflood development in low permeability fractured reservoir has its own characteristics, and good sealing effects has been obtained through applying geopolymer sealing system in the way of multi-slug in some block.
