Product welding robot in domestic manufacturing industry plays a more and more important role, representing the highest level of welding industry. In the current domestic application of welding robot, which form a complete set of welding power source, foreign brand welding machine has been in a monopoly position. Therefore, a cost-effective, quality stable and reliable, timely service domestic brands of welding power source is urgently needed.Introduces the developing situation of the welding robot, this paper expounds the composition and the robot interface section, combined with the shandong Mr Too electric co., LTD fully digital power Pulse MIG-500, puts forward the Devicenet interface module design and implementation of the method, a detailed description of the interface module system composition, on-off channel and the design of communication interface.Draw the program diagram of the interface module, and write the Devicenet interface for different robot manufacturer communication software design.Through experiments show that the interface module better to complete the communication between the robot and welding machine, and the quality is reliable, completely meet the use.This thesis design and implement of Devicenet interface module, to promote its own brand of form a complete set of robot welding power and welding robot product promotion is of great significance.
