Teachers in rural areas are relatively poor and backward culture, social status, professional development for teachers in rural backward has caused a lot of professional pressure. But rural elementary science teachers are disadvantaged groups in rural teachers, due to the rural school subject structure unreasonable, many science teachers graduated from teacher training high school, having a complete major change in half of their careers. Their status is low in society、schools, teaching task is arduous, from exam-oriented education to quality in the education process of transformation from all sides psychological pressure. Through the questionnaire and interview methods of rural elementary school science teacher professional pressure condition was investigated. After all, the recovery of qustionnaire data processing and analysis of statistical software adopts social science SPSS17.0 version, using statistical methods include descriptive statistics, T-test, correlation analysis, and then puts forward the countermeasures to relieve pressure caused by relevant departments, public awareness of the problem.This paper firstly under the pressure of rural teachers are reviewed, and then to science teacher professional pressure source of forming the thorough analysis. Research found that the occupational stress of elementary science teachers in pingyang countryside on gender, age, school age, the first degree differences. Occupational stress influence factor is divided into six types: social support and education administration, working factor, students, school administration, personal factors, among which, the lack of social support for rural elementary science occupational stress is the most influence factor. Finally, in rural primary science teachers working pressure puts forward some countermeasures and proposals: 1.Looking for social support, and improve the living condition of rural teachers. 2. The school democratic management, create a harmonious working environment, and upward. 3. Hold yourself, improve education pursues.
