The Application and Development of Soaping Agent in Low or Moderate Temperature for Reactive Dye

The traditional soaping process in reactive dyeing fabric was mainly proceeded above the temperature of 95℃, only after washing the fabric many times, can it satisfy the requirement of the custom about the fastness of fabric. This process not only wasted a large number of energy, but also deepened the water pollution. Therefore, the development of soaping agent with a good effect in low or middle temperature became a main target of the dyeing industry.This subject adopted the method of aqueous solution polymerization to synthesize the high polymer PAANa and MA-AA. The affect of single variable factors on the ability of disperse and chelate would be studied, the best synthetic method would be determined by orthogonal, and the structure of the material would be characterized by IR. Then combined PAANa and MA-AA with PVP、anionic Gemini surfactant DADS-16、nonionic surfactant AEO-9, according to measure the soaping effect such as the absorbance of soaping lotion、the coefficient of anti staining, so we can determine the optimal proportion of mixtures as follows:AEO-9:DADS-16:PAANa:MA-AA:PVP=0.2:0.08:0.25:2.0:0.2.In order to confirm the optimal process for soaping, the amount of soap lotion、the soaping temperature、the soaping time and the pH values of soaping would be analyzed on the fastness of soaping、the absorbance of soaping lotion and the coefficient of anti staining, so the technological condition of application would be determined. The optimal technological of application as follows:the amount of soaping is 5g/1; the temperature of soaping is 85℃; the soaping time is 20min; the pH values of soaping is 7-8. Having determined the optimal technological condition, compared the regular soaping lotion with low temperature soap, we discovered that the effect of low or medial temperature soap attain the requirements of consumer and has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection.
