Keep an eye on the world’s environmental management policies， the reclamation of wastes has become a consensus among all countries which can reduce waste pollution and ease the resource crisis. According to China’s " Reclamation of Wastes Technology Engineering The Twelfth Five‐Year Special Plan ", the reclamation of wastes usually refers to "recovery valuable materials from the solid material which has exited production link or consumption field by technology、 economic instruments and management measures as much as possible, and at the same time it must be harmless and less pollution."As a knowledge‐intensive industries and material‐intensive products’ waste materials, e‐waste is high growth, high hazard and high resource. So, the ability to properly handle and recycling is not only a environmental problem but also a resources’ problem of,moreover, it is the requirements of China’s participation in international resources’ circulation.
