The Research of Submersible Double-Stator Hydraulic PUMP

Hydraulic pump is one of the most important part in hydraulic technology, its performance have directly iMPact on the stability and reliability of the whole system. A new kind of hydraulic pumps named submersible double-stator hydraulic pump was proposed in this paper, The advantage of this pump is small radial size. It has broad application prospects in many conditions, such as production equipment.Based on the existing hydraulic pumps and oil recovery equipment, hydraulic transmission device which was applied to the concept of production industry was put forward. Submersible double-stator pump which was suitable for down hole oil production was proposed. The working principle was detailed explained. In this paper, the geometry model was established, and then the flow field of export runner was researched using the Computational fluid dynamics software. The flow field distribution was gotten. These work make the foundation for the structure optimization and further in-depth study. The pulsation of the flow rate was discussed in this paper, which provide theoretical basis for the structure optimization and the character of the export channel length. At last, key size of the structure was detailed researched, Such as the rotor stretched out arm; the relationship between the number of ball rod and stress condition. the relation of the maximum displacement of the pump and the parts material; the methods to determine the character of end clearance compensation device. A typical prototype was made based on the above research. The reliability of the theory research and the optimization of structure was made sure through the experiment.The relationship between the rotor stretched out arm and the material was detailed researched. In this paper, the geometric models were made with the three dimensional drawing software Solidworks to avoid of interference. The number of Ball rod has a certain relationship with the stress condition. Otherwise, based on the residual compression force, a new kind of end clearance compensation device was proposed, and the methods to determine detailed dimension was given. The experimental test platform was build, did the principle experiment and basic performance test. The experimental results verified the correctness of the working principle of the submersible double-stator hydraulic pump, and provided experiment basis for improvement design.
