China’s aviation industry continues to integrate more representative of the original six civilian airlines to integrate, form the three major aviation groups. With China’s accession to the WTO, to fulfill the terms of the liberalization of air rights, in such a situation, aviation industry faces fierce market competition environment, the opportunities and challenges, how can they survive and develop in the fierce market competition, which requires company to develop the right business strategy and seize market opportunities, which requires the Lucky airline according to the company’s own actual situation and characteristics of the development of rational development strategy.This paper first describes the background of the Lucky airline business strategy as well as the significance of the study, and then use this theory summary and analysis of the micro-environment by analyzing the macro environment of the Lucky airline’s.
